Mr. Clark has over 20 years of management achievement in both start-ups and F500 companies. He is a builder with demonstrated, consistent success in exceeding goals regardless of economic climate.
Prior to eWalk he was with the Disney Internet Group as the VP of Product Development and Wireless Internet. In 1999 he created and implemented Disney's wireless strategy that combined the power of the brands with technical innovation, and resulted in air.go.com becoming one of Top 3 wireless portals

He participated in the early building of the Internet, joining Infoseek in 1995 where he was quickly named VP of Business Development. Prior to that, he built highly successful sales and marketing teams from scratch multiple times (DEC, Apollo Computer, PCAD, EDA Systems).

Bill Rose, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Rose is the inventor and developer of eWalk's technology base. He created eWalk because he was frustrated with the virtual tour solutions that were available on the Internet and was convinced that there was a better way to give users the ability to walk through a physical space from their computer.

Mr. Rose has a proven track record with high-tech startup companies. Prior to eWalk , he was VP of Engineering for Propel Software, where he also held the role of General Manager for Propel's business lines of e-commerce and database infrastructure.

Prior to Propel he was VP of Portal Products for the Disney Internet Group. His responsibilities included product development and management for all Go.com's content properties as well as the search engine, web directory and desktop products.

Mr. Rose worked for Infoseek prior to the Disney Internet Group (Disney acquired Infoseek). His role at Infoseek was VP, Advanced Development where he researched and developed leading edge technology for the fast growing Internet portal.
