Immersion, the Future of Reality


When a potential buyer walks through a house they are filled with thoughts and emotions such as “The Christmas tree would look great right there”, “I can imagine myself having coffee in the morning here”, or “The kids would love to play in this backyard!”. These emotional connections are what convince a potential buyer that this specific property is the right fit for themselves and their families. These Emotional connections strengthen your brand because YOU showed them the house!

Immersive experiences can create similar emotional connections. Immersion traditionally starts with photos, because as they say “A picture is worth a thousand words!” However, the key to creating a fully immersive experience is to combine media that provide sights, sounds, and perceived emotions that together suggest the experience is real. Advances in technology mean we now have tools such as videography, aerial photography, and even 3D virtual tours that can be COMBINED to create the illusion that you are visiting the house, even if you never leave your couch!  As before, you are showing the house, only virtually now through your immersive media.
