You are the customer – you are ALWAYS right. If you aren’t happy, please call and tell us. We will do everything possible to fix the problem to your satisfaction. If we can’t, we will refund your money.

Payment
We use credit cards exclusively because we’ve found that it’s easier for both you and us.

If you order online, we will ask you to input your credit card number at the time of order.

For virtual tours that require scheduling, we will validate your card at the time of order. It will not actually be charged until after the tour is complete and you are satisfied.

Shoot ‘em Yourself tours are delivered to you at the time of order; we charge your credit card as soon as we deliver the product to you.

Tour Cancellation / Rescheduling – Northern CA only
If you need to cancel or reschedule a virtual tour, please do so by 6PM prior to the day of the shoot. After that time, we have created schedules and assigned work for the following day. If you cancel or reschedule after 6PM, we will request that you pay a $25 cancellation / rescheduling fee.

If we need to make 2 Trips – Northern CA only
If our photographer goes to your house, and cannot get access, he/she will wait 15 minutes. After that he/she will call our scheduler and ask for instructions. In most cases we will direct them to their next tour, and request that you pay a $89 Double Trip fee.

Flyers – Northern CA only
We guarantee same-day shipment for all Flyers approved by 12 noon. We will make best efforts to same-day ship flyers approved between 12 noon and 2PM. Flyers are generally shipped via UPS’s guaranteed next day service.

We would prefer to Thursday ship flyers needed for weekend open houses. If we need to overnight them on Friday for Saturday delivery, we will ask you to pay the $39 expedited delivery charge that UPS charges us (we don't make a penny). If you order a flyer, cancel it after we send you the draft, but before we print the flyers, we will ask you to pay a $25 design fee
