craigslist Full Color Ads
We have 3 options: craigslist Assistant, craigslist Assistant II, and craiglist Do-It-Yourself. We create the same full color ad for each. They differ in how the posting is done.
  • craigslist Assistant: We post the ad, and then re-post it every 7 days for 90 days.

  • craigslist Assistant II: We post the ad, and then re-post it twice a week for 90 days. Posting it twice a week helps keep it near the top of the craigslist search results.

Custom Property Website
Website with Personalized Domain Name (example: www.100DreamCourt.com). Includes photos from your virtual tour as well as School Information, Census Data, Weather and an automatically generated Flyer that website visitors can print. You can also upload Reports and Documents for potential buyers to view.

Realtor.com
We can post to realtor.com. This will be N/C if your broker or you have enhanced listings. If not, there will be a $25 charge since Realtor.com charges us; we just pass it on.

Video Embedding
This is a Video shot by the realtor or independent videographer. You upload the video to YouTube and we embed it into the ewalk Virtual Tour or Virtual Slideshow. This method increases the Hits your video gets! Buyers are attracted to the pictures on listing sites, and will then click to the video.

CD of Virtual Tour or Slideshow
This includes the entire tour, and is personalized with the Realtor’s name and contact information. Great as a keepsake item for both Buyer and Seller. We provide you the right to make as many copies of the CD as you like.

Re-Distribute Tour
In many instances, listings are pulled from the market and then re-listed under a new MLS number. In this case there is a charge to re-distribute the tour across the Internet under the new MLS number.

We can transfer a tour to you from another realtor for an additional charge. We do require email authorization from the 1st realtor to prevent any misunderstandings.
