- craigslist Assistant II is the same as the Craigslist Assistant, except we re-post the ad twice a week to keep it near the top of the craigslist search results. Current price is $35.
- craigslist Do-It-Yourself is a full color ad that we email it to you for posting and re-posting to craigslist. Current price is $10

If Realtor.com posting is ordered, the virtual tour will be posted to the listing on Realtor.com. This is free for all showcase listing on Realtor.com. However, if it is not a Showcase Listing, we charge you $25 because Realtor.com charges us. We can also email 1 front photo to Realtor.com if you request.

You can maximize hits by posting your virtual tour or Custom Property Website to your social networking account, and then sharing with your friends. Just click the “Sharing” function on the bottom of each tour, along with a “Click to Post” button for each of these sites.
We recommend that you post a Custom Property Website to these sites, as it’s domain name is easier for your friends to remember, and you will probably share it with prospects you have previously had contact with. |

we email the tour to their support group. They manually post it to metrolist and prospector. Also, if you request, we can email up to 25 photos to be attached to your listing.
| PLEASE NOTE: |
- If they receive the email after 3:30pm it won't be posted until the next business day. So 4:30pm on Friday really means Monday morning.
- The tour will not be available until the listing is "active".

In these situations, you are able to post the tour yourself by logging into prospector, and using the non-branded MLS link we emailed you.

Bay Area (Peninsula) MLS, will add the virtual tour to your listing. We can also upload up to 9 photos to your listing uplon request.

| BayEAST MLS |
|
If you are a BayEAST member - not EBRD or Contra Costa, we can email the virtual tour to the MLS admin. For EBRD & Contra Costa, we will send an MLS Virtual Tour link that you can add to MLS.

|
| Calaveras MLS |
|
If you have approval from the Calaveras MLS, we can email the virtual tour to the administrator at Calaveras MLS. Otherwise, we will send an MLS Virtual Tour link that you can add to MLS.
